Privacy with no catch
We collect a lot of visit data because it lets you see who visits your profile and helps us develop the service. We state exactly what we collect, why and for how long. We do not show ads and we do not sell data.
LEVEL 0 · ESSENTIAL
To make the site work
Account, payments and invoices, login security and abuse protection. Server logs with IP addresses are kept for 30 days.
Basis: contract and legal obligations. The service cannot work without this data.
LEVEL 1 · STATISTICS WITHOUT COOKIES
Who visits, from where and how
For every visit to the service pages and profiles we record:
- approximate location: country, region and city determined from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored in statistics),
- device, operating system, browser, language, time zone and screen resolution,
- traffic source: referring page, UTM parameters and QR code scans,
- on-page behaviour: visit time, scroll depth, link clicks,
- a daily visitor hash that changes every day and cannot be used to track a person across days.
Basis: legitimate interest (statistics for profile owners and service development). Events are kept for 26 months, then only aggregate data. You can object.
LEVEL 2 · WITH CONSENT ONLY
Deeper analytics and marketing
You turn on additional data yourself in the cookie banner, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it:
- a browser identifier for counting return visits and paths (13 months),
- campaign measurement: source remembered until sign-up (30 days),
- preferences, e.g. light or dark theme,
- a newsletter with updates (separate consent with e-mail confirmation).
Basis: your consent. Without it this data is not collected.
What we use data for
- statistics for profile owners: where and from which cities visitors come, what they click, how long they stay,
- service development: which features and pages work best,
- security: detecting bots, abuse and unusual logins,
- billing and support: payments, invoices, tickets.
What we do not do
- we do not share personal data; statistics only in aggregate and with explicit consent,
- we do not show ads or use third-party tracking scripts,
- we do not show profile owners data about individual visitors, only aggregate numbers,
- we do not store IP addresses in statistics or send them to the location database provider.
Your control
- you can change consents at any time in cookie settings (link in the footer),
- you can object to statistics using the GDPR form or by e-mail,
- you can exclude your own visits from your profile statistics in the dashboard,
- you can export your data and delete your account yourself in the dashboard.
